Welcome to SportzVista. By accessing our website or enrolling in our school sports coaching programs, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of service.
1. Services Provided
SportzVista (operated by Ampreet Goals Pvt Ltd) provides structured hockey coaching, talent pathways, and specialized sports curricula for schools and individual cohorts across Mumbai, Maharashtra.
2. School and Parent Responsibility
Enrolling in a SportzVista program requires appropriate institutional agreements (with school administrations) and standard athletic participation consent forms from parents/guardians. Participants are expected to follow code of conduct rules on the field to ensure safety.
3. Affiliation and Entity Status
SportzVista is a commercial sports training provider licensed to Ampreet Goals Pvt Ltd. Our sister organization, PCube Foundation, operates independently as a Section 8 non-profit entity running separate CSR-funded government school initiatives. Enrollment in SportzVista commercial programs does not represent funding of PCube Foundation.
4. Disclaimer & Liability
While all coaching is led by background-verified, certified experts conforming to strict safety standards (including POCSO compliance), participation in hockey involves inherent physical risks. SportzVista is not liable for standard on-field athletic injuries arising in the course of play.
